By decree, the President of the Federal Employment Agency has delegated the implementation of the Temporary Employment Act to various regional directorates.

Permission to hire out employees has been granted by the Regional Directorate for Bavaria, Regensburger Straße 100, 90478 Nuremberg, for the respective GmbH of the APAG Personalplanung Group. The supervisory authority of the Federal Employment Agency is the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labor, Wilhelmstraße 49, 10117 Berlin.
